Pennine Lancashire Vulnerable Persons Service
Red Rose Recovery are part of a new and exciting partnership delivering a new Vulnerable Persons Service, a new integrated and innovative model of care.
The new service will work in partnership and collaboratively making relevant connections to the existing services and developing community assets across Pennine Lancashire. The service will identify individual’s risks and respond quickly and effectively with systemised case management process that brings a range of services together at the right time to achieve the best outcomes for people.
We are seeking to recruit an Asset Based Community Development & Volunteer Coordinator to support service users with high levels of varying vulnerability, employed by specialist agencies within the partnership including CGL, Red Rose Recovery, Lancashire Women’s centres and the Families and Wellbeing consortium.
