Privacy Statement

The purpose of this statement is to tell you who we are, what we’re going to do with your information and who it might be shared with.

Red Rose Recovery Lancashire Limited (RRR) is a registered charity whose purpose is:

(1) To relieve poverty, sickness and distress primarily amongst offenders and those in recovery from addiction and mental health issues, their families but also members of the general public who are in conditions of need or distress arising therefrom by the provision of advice, information, training and  support in accessing employment, enterprise and community based opportunities including volunteering.

(2) The advancement of health by the reduction or prevention of addiction and relapse for those in recovery, reduction of harm and offending.

(3) The advancement of education of the individual, organisations and the community at large on issues of addiction, supporting sustainable recovery, reduction of harm and offending.

We will use information supplied by yourself to create a registration record and facilitate communication with you in person or via mail, telephone, text/direct message or email in order to tell you about our services.

Identifiable information will not be shared with any other party without your permission, however your name, email, phone number may be shared with LUF representatives for communication purposes only.

Responses to wellbeing feedback or other questionnaires will be aggregated anonymously into our database and may be used for business development and service improvement purposes.

We reserve the right to share your information with statutory services if we believe information supplied by yourself or others requires a crisis response or highlights a safeguarding issue. 

Your data will be held securely in electronic format until such time as you ask us to remove it.

We value the relationship we have with our members so your personal information will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
