Citizenship

What is Citizenship?

Your clients may have participated in some excellent personal development programmes already which address issues which have affected them negatively, and participated in community based activities, supported by their peers.

Citizenship brings these together, joining the dots between a proven therapeutic programme and support into a community based activities and projects to sustain positive development and achieve outcomes which make performance management reviews a less arduous experience from your perspective!

Each Citizenship programme is delivered over 12 sessions which are designed to help individuals improve their personal capital, get involved in their community and best of all, get the best out of life!

Entry is subject to a Commitment Pledge signed by them and their Citizenship Mentor, which outlines each’s responsibilities to the programme. Sessions can be taken in 12 consecutive weeks or completed at their convenience subject to agreement with their mentor and completion within 12 months of commencement. Each session will last between half a day to a full day.

Alongside each programme, participants will be encouraged and offered access to other Red Rose Recovery projects and events as part of their development.

Successful citizens will be recognised at a graduation event, where they can invite their friends and family to share in celebrating their achievements!

Behaviour Change Program

Positive family, friends & work relationships?

Good health and emotional wellbeing?

Financial security and decent accommodation?

These are some of the obstacles faced by your clients which are often difficult to overcome without cementing the basic building blocks to personal and sustainable development.

Since our inception, we’ve seen thousands of clients engage with our services, many of them going on to thrive, independent of services and clinical interventions. Common themes have emerged and we’ve developed a personal development programme which galvanises the effectiveness of peer led support together with an integrated behaviour change programme developed for us by a renowned academic in the field of psychology and social change.

The Behaviour Change programma provides a comprehensive programme for your clients which can complement your services or provide a positive exit outcome for your clients into community based activities.

The programme can also include client consultation on your services and their effectiveness which can help inform your future delivery and service design.
