Some of our Volunteers spent yesterday morning visiting some of the prisoners at HMP Wymott. Some of the prisoners had never had a visit before.
One of the volunteers said “I’m pleased to give something back to a place that supported me “.
“According to stats, 21% of prisoners haven’t had a visit in 5 years and just one visit whilst in prison can lead to a 40% reduction in offending”
